About Bella Vita
Bella Vita means “beautiful life”—and we believe some of life’s best moments happen around a table. As the catering division of Madison Farm Wedding Venue in Loon Lake, Washington, we bring a personal, local touch to weddings and events throughout Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, and the surrounding Inland Northwest.
Led by Chef Jeff, our food reflects more than 29 years of culinary experience, a love of Italian cooking, and a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. From the first appetizers to the last shared bite, we create menus that feel like you—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and served with care.
We’re passionate about the celebrations that bring people together. Whether you’re getting married at Madison Farm, hosting a reception at another venue, or gathering for a private dinner or company event, we help make the planning easier and the meal memorable. A Career Built in Regional Kitchens
Chef Jeff’s career has taken him through fine-dining restaurants, Italian kitchens, private clubs, wedding venues, and high-volume events across Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. That range matters: it brings restaurant-level flavor together with the organization and flexibility a successful event requires.
Today, he brings that experience directly to Bella Vita clients—listening first, building a menu around the occasion, and staying closely involved from planning through service.
Regional experience includes
Vineyard Café, The Davenport Grand, Gozzer Ranch, The Golf Club at Black Rock, Italia Trattoria, Angelo’s, Tony’s by the Lake, and other Spokane–Coeur d’Alene kitchens.

Bella Vita Catering is the catering division of Madison Farm Wedding Venue. Both are family-run and rooted in Loon Lake. That connection gives our team hands-on experience with the timing, flow, and details that make wedding days work—while Bella Vita also caters at other venues, private homes, businesses, and gathering places throughout the region.
