The story of Chef Jeff traces back when he first discovered his passion for fine cuisine, particularly the flavorful and authentic Italian fare. His culinary journey began with a fervent dedication to mastering the art of cooking, leading him to embark on a career in the culinary industry.
Chef Jeff channeled his passions and experience into creating his own business “Bella Vita” and became a personal chef. Our talented Chef Jeff continues working in the high cuisine industry across Spokane, CDA, and Sandpoint as he cooks for family events and dinner parties.
Chef Jeff's professional journey took him on an extraordinary path, working alongside top chefs at renowned restaurants and hotel chains across the United States. From the Northwest Pacific to iconic establishments like the Vineyard Cafe, Golf Club at Black Rock, Italia Trattoria Spokane, and the Davenport Grand, Chef Jeff's culinary prowess has left an indelible mark on the 20 fine dining establishments he's contributed to.
Beyond his culinary pursuits, Chef Jeff is also a fashion enthusiast, bringing a unique blend of creativity and style to his culinary creations. His diverse experiences, coupled with a passion for serving people with the finest cuisine, have been the driving force behind Bella Vita's mission.

We are excited to welcome our new chef to Bella Vita Catering and can't wait to see the creativity and delicious dishes Chef Tony will bring to our Team. His talent and expertise will surely enhance our culinary offerings and provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience. Tony, the heart and soul behind our culinary journey. A Marine veteran and seasoned traveler, Tony's life has been a blend of military service and culinary adventures. Alongside his wife, Pamala, and their seven children, Tony brings a wealth of experience and a passion for great food to our community.
After a lifetime of travels and experiences in both the military and food service industry, Tony and his family returned to their roots in north Idaho, settling in the picturesque community of Bonners Ferry. Here, amidst the scenic beauty of the Idaho Panhandle, Tony's family has deep roots dating back to the late 1800s.
Tony's great-grandfather, Jesse Meeker, a prominent figure in the region's history, established roots in Bonners Ferry in 1906, opening a blacksmith shop that served the local farming and logging community. This rich family heritage is a source of pride for Tony, and it's this connection to the past that inspires him in his culinary endeavors.
In 2018, Tony realized his dream of sharing his love for food with the community by opening his first restaurant, Two Tones Cafe, in Bonners Ferry where he and Pamala were thrilled to extend their award-winning meals and warm hospitality.
And now Chef Tony is looking forward to adding his culinary experience to Bella Vita and we are equally excited having him!
